How to book a return shipment

If you need to book a return for your shipment, you can do so by clicking on the drop-down arrow next to the book courier button within the selected order. Once you click on the drop-down arrow you will see book return shipment



Confirm the customers’ collection address and make changes if needed. Select the appropriate parcel dimensions. Click on get courier rates, select your preferred rate, agree to our shipping terms and conditions and you’re all set to book the courier. 



NOTE: Once your courier has been booked successfully, you can download the waybill. Email the waybill to your customer and ask them to print it and apply it to the packaged items.
