To cancel a shipment, navigate to sales and look for the appropriate order. From there, you will need to click on the waybill number under shipment.
A pop-up box will appear with the shipping details. Next, click on cancel courier. This will cancel the fulfilment by cancelling the shipping label and reverse your rebate (if you received one) as well as reverse your shipment fee.
The system then sends the courier an automatic email to request that the collection reference be cancelled. However, we recommend that you double check that the collection request has been cancelled by calling/emailing the courier company that you used to fulfil the order, as the couriers sometimes miss these emails. Be sure to provide them with the courier collection request reference number.
