What is combined shipments?
Combined shipments is a benefit to both the buyer and the seller. As a seller, you can use this feature to upsell and sell more products to the same customer. As a buyer, you get to save money by only paying once for shipping if you are purchasing from the same seller.
What this means for a buyer
If a seller has enabled combined shipments, you as the buyer can combine the shipment of your current order with a previous order from the same seller. This is applicable if the previous order hasn’t been booked for courier collection yet.
Conditions needed to successfully combine shipments:
- The seller needs to enable this feature so not all sellers will allow this option.
- You’re only able to combine a shipment if it's a product from the same seller.
- Only applicable if your previous order hasn’t been sent out by the seller yet.
If all the conditions are met you will see the combined with previous order option during checkout.
