Pargo allows buyers to receive parcels at pickup points located at convenient retail stores across South Africa.

What sellers need to know about pickup points
As a seller you can easily enable pickup points as a delivery option, to do this, navigate to My account > Selling. Now select Shipping settings in the left navigation panel. Scroll down to the Pickup points section. Tick the check box to enable pickup point shipping options and then select Save. It’s that easy! To enable pickup points, click here.

Important things to note
- This option is limited to parcels smaller than 56cm x 32cm x 53cm (22kg).
- Make sure that you specify product dimensions on your larger products if you enable this option, as additional fees may apply for undeliverable parcels that are too large.
- Pickup points are only offered in certain parts of South Africa, but the list of locations is expanding.
- Your default collection address will be used for all pickup point delivery collections.
What buyers need to know about pickup points
It’s important to note that pickup options are only available to you if you see it enabled on the product listing and during checkout.
Product listing
Under the Shipping section of a product listing, you’ll see pickup points as a collection option. Click on the drop-down arrow to see the locations available to you. Here you can change your delivery address, view pickup points closest to your address and see the estimated delivery charge.
Filter your search by delivery options
When using the search bar to find something you’re specifically looking for on Bob Shop, you can filter by delivery options to see pickup points only. Scroll down and select this on the left filter panel. If you are using advanced search, you can also select pickup points in the Shipping selection area.
