You can pay directly from your bank account using one of the following banking options:
Capitec Pay allows Capitec customers to pay securely through the Capitec banking app. You don't need to enter your card details or share your banking login information. Simply select Capitec Pay at checkout, enter the requested details and authorise the payment through your Capitec app.
Absa Pay allows Absa customers to pay using their Absa banking app. You can use your account number as your banking identifier and authorise the payment securely through the app.
Nedbank Direct EFT allows Nedbank customers to pay for their Bob Shop purchases securely through their bank. Select Nedbank Direct EFT at checkout and follow the prompts to authorise your payment.
Instant EFT allows you to pay directly from your bank account. Select your bank at checkout, log in to your banking profile and authorise the payment.
Instant EFT payments are generally confirmed immediately, provided there are no issues with the bank or payment process.
You can also make a normal EFT payment from your bank account.
When making a Manual EFT payment, it is important to use the correct payment reference, amount and payment details provided during checkout. Incorrect information can delay the allocation of your payment.
Only ship or collect an order once the payment has been confirmed.
Scan to Pay by Netcash allows you to choose from supported QR and digital wallet apps to make your payment.
Select Scan to Pay at checkout and follow the instructions to scan the QR code and complete your payment.
PayShap is an instant payment method that allows you to pay using a bank-registered cellphone number (ShapID) or bank account details.
PayShap payments can be made up to the applicable transaction limit set by your bank or payment provider.
A Bob Shop Voucher can be used to pay for purchases on Bob Shop.
If you purchase a voucher for yourself, the voucher amount is automatically added to your Bob Shop account. If you receive a voucher as a gift, you can redeem it into your account or use it as a payment method during checkout.
Mobicred is a digital credit facility that allows eligible customers to shop on Bob Shop and repay their outstanding balance over a 12 month period.
To use Mobicred, you need an approved Mobicred account and sufficient available credit. At checkout, select Mobicred and follow the instructions to authorise the payment.
You can also use Mobicred to pay part of a purchase and use another available Bob Shop payment method to pay the remaining balance.

If you have started the payment process and want to use a different payment method, you can exit the current payment process and select another available option where applicable.
Once your payment has been successfully completed, you will receive confirmation of the transaction.
If your payment fails or you are unsure whether it was successful, check your bank or payment provider before attempting the payment again. You can also choose another available payment method at checkout.
