How to Make an Offer | Bob Shop

Make an offer on buy now items

The Make an Offer feature allows buyers and sellers to negotiate the price of Buy Now items and closed auction items. Sellers must enable the feature when creating their listing before buyers can submit offers.

How to make an offer

If a seller has enabled Make an Offer, you'll see the Make an Offer button on the item listing.

To submit an offer:

  1. Open the item listing and click Make an Offer.

  2. Enter:

    • Your offer amount (per item)

    • The quantity you'd like to purchase

    • An optional message to the seller

  3. Submit your offer.

The seller will be notified and can choose to accept, decline, or send a counteroffer. If they send a counteroffer, you'll have the option to accept it, decline it, or make another counteroffer.

Closed listing offers

Sellers can accept offers on closed auction and Buy Now listings. Buyers can submit offers on eligible auction listings for up to 48 hours after the listing closes.
