Although Bob Shop does not offer direct courier integrations for international shipping at this time, we understand the importance of accommodating international buyers on our platform. Therefore, international checkout is supported on orders where sellers have enabled this option.

Sellers have the option to enable international shipping within shipping settings. There is an optional field where sellers can provide special instructions or additional information related to shipping internationally. Additionally, sellers can specify a flat-rate for international shipping if suitable for the seller.

At checkout, international buyers will have the option to enter an agreed-upon amount for shipping. The shipping amount collected for international shipments will be passed on directly to the seller when they confirm shipping details with the buyer on the Bob Shop platform.

Note that participating sellers bear the responsibility for covering the shipping costs associated with international shipments. It is important for sellers to consider these costs when determining the pricing and terms of their products for international buyers.

We encourage sellers to communicate clearly with international buyers regarding shipping details, estimated delivery times, and any potential customs or import duties that may apply. Providing accurate and transparent information helps create a positive buying experience for international customers and fosters trust between buyers and sellers.
