How do I allow 'collection only' on specific products?

When listing an item, you can override your shipping defaults and offer collection or 'collection only' on individual items. This feature is intended to help sellers list products that are not easy to ship using standard shipping options. You will need one saved collection address to use this feature; it will always offer your "default" collection address if you have more than one saved.
