Editing a buyer's address

Editing a buyer's address

Edit a buyer’s address in just a few clicks. As a seller, you already know that delivery to postal boxes isn’t possible. But did you know that you can edit the delivery address to make sure that the item gets to exactly where your buyer wants it?

If the buyer gives you a postal box for the delivery address, ask them to supply a physical address instead. Alternatively, they may let you know that they want the item delivered to their office rather than their home.

Once you have the correct details, simply go to the order page, click on the pencil icon under shipping, and edit the address details in the pop-up box. Save your changes, then book the courier as usual.
