Bob Shop Vouchers are a convenient way to pay for purchases on Bob Shop or to give someone the gift of shopping online. This article explains how to buy a voucher, redeem it, and check your voucher balance.

Buying a Bob Shop voucher

You can purchase a Bob Shop Voucher directly on Bob Shop.

To buy a voucher:

  1. Log in to your Bob Shop account.

  2. Navigate to My Account > Bob Shop Vouchers.

  3. Select Buy Voucher.

  4. Choose the voucher value.

  5. Complete the payment using one of the available payment methods.

  6. Once your payment has been confirmed, the voucher will be available in your account.

You can purchase a voucher for yourself or send it as a gift, where available.

Redeeming a Bob Shop voucher

You can redeem your voucher during checkout when purchasing an eligible item.

To redeem a voucher:

  1. Log in to your Bob Shop account, navigate to My Account > Bob Shop Vouchers, select Buy Voucher and choose the voucher value.

  2. Complete the payment using one of the available payment methods.

  3. Once your payment has been confirmed, the voucher will be available in your account. 

If the value of your voucher exceeds your order total, any remaining balance will stay on the voucher for future purchases until it has been used in full or expires, where applicable.

Tip: Note the expiry date of your Bob Shop voucher and use your voucher before it expires.

Checking your Bob Shop voucher balance

You can view your available voucher balance at any time.

To check your balance:

  1. Log in to your Bob Shop account.

  2. Go to My Account > Bob Shop Vouchers.

  3. Your available voucher balance and any active vouchers will be displayed.

  1. Can I use more than one voucher for a purchase?
If multiple vouchers are supported during checkout, you can apply them to the same order. If not, you can use one voucher and pay the remaining balance using another payment method.
  1. What happens if my order costs more than my voucher value?
You can pay the outstanding balance using any of the available payment methods during checkout.
  1. Can I use my voucher on any item?
Bob Shop Vouchers can be used on eligible purchases made through Bob Shop. If any restrictions apply, they will be displayed during checkout.
  1. What if my voucher isn't working?
