Bob Shop Stores provide medium to large businesses with a way to bring their brand presence to Bob Shop. Stores provide brands with dedicated banners to showcase their hero products, a space for their logo, and other promotional opportunities and exposure. 

For a low monthly subscription fee, you can make your products available to a huge audience at a fraction of the cost of developing and promoting your own website. If you are interested in setting up your own Bob Shop store, please read the following information.

8 Easy steps to become a store

  1. Learn about selling on Bob Shop and get familiar with the process.
  2. Start selling on Bob Shop and reach 50 positive ratings from buyers (this is a minimum requirement).
  3. Talk to a member of our team. We will work with you to understand your requirements.
  4. Sign a store agreement.
  5. Provide us with your company information, logo, and the design inspiration and requirements for your store.
  6. We help build your Bob Shop Store.
  7. Load your products.
  8. Take your Bob Shop presence to the next level!

Terms and conditions

  1. Stores must adhere to the standard Bob Shop Terms and Conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change. You are expected to keep up-to-date with any changes.
  2. Stores must maintain a minimum of 10 concurrent listings.
  3. Stores must have a commitment to sell through Bob Shop. It is not permitted to provide buyers incentives to buy outside of the  Bob Shop process.
  4. Stores must not make efforts to solicit direct sales from the Bob Shop community outside of Bob Shop.
  5. Stores must be familiar with selling on Bob Shop, having a minimum of 50 positive ratings from buyers. Bob Shop, in its sole discretion, may waive this.
  6. Stores' positive rating score must be 98% or higher at all times. Should ratings drop below the set limit, Bob Shop reserves the right to remove the store profile.
  7. Stores need to provide a minimum 30-day warranty on sales and have a commitment to customer service and the mediation of any disputes.
  8. Stores must maintain a consistent product range. Fundamental changes to the category of the products listed must be declared to Bob Shop in advance.
  9. In order to keep a Store status on Bob Shop, it must generate a minimum of R1,000 in success fees each month. Please see the Bob Shop success fees rate card. This represents monthly merchandise sales of R20,000 - R30,000 per month.
  10. Bob Shop reserves the right to remove Stores that breach the terms and conditions.
  11. Non-payment of fees will result in your Store being removed.
  12. A nominated individual must be responsible for all activities on your Store.
