Activating and using Zapper as a payment option

Zapper is a free mobile application that allows shoppers to make safe, fast and easy mobile payments. The app supports credit cards and most debit cards from any local bank, as well as 3D Secure-enabled international bank cards.

For sellers

To accept Zapper payment method, simply tick the box next to the Zapper logo in your payment options (terms apply). It is to your advantage to offer as many different payment methods as possible in order to reach more online shoppers.

For buyers

Install the Zapper app, a QR Code scanner, on your smartphone. Zapper is available at Google Play, App Store and Windows Store. Once the app is installed on your smartphone, please launch Zapper and complete the user profile. Your card details are kept safely encrypted on your phone. Zapper is free to download and use, but network operator data charges apply. You can pay via Zapper on Bob Shop when buying from sellers who accept this method of payment. Simply filter by payment option when browsing and searching, or look for the Zapper icon in the listing of the item you want to buy.

When you come upon a QR Code during the checkout process, open your Zapper app and scan the code. Zapper signs you up or logs you in, without requesting your username or password. The seller will receive a notification to confirm that the payment has been made.
