Log in to My Account.
Select the Selling tab.
Select Account history or retrieve an invoice
Choose the date range you want to view.
You can view transaction and account history for a maximum period of three months at a time.
Your account history allows you to keep track of fees, credits, payments and other transactions on your Bob Shop account.
If you have available funds in your Bob Shop account, you can request a payout to your registered South African bank account.
Log in to My Account.
Select the Selling tab.
Under Seller Account, select Request a Payout.
Complete the required information and submit your request.
Payouts are processed every business day. Requests received before 09:00 on a business day are generally processed on the same day and, in most cases, reflect in the recipient's bank account by the following day. Requests received after 09:00 are processed on the next business day.
Payouts are not processed over weekends or public holidays.
Bob Shop may carry out additional checks before funds are released. This can include requesting identity or address verification and checking proof of collection or delivery.
Funds are typically made available around two days after an order has been collected by a courier, although this can vary depending on the transaction.
Orders that are not fulfilled through Bob Shop or are collected directly by the buyer may remain pending for longer.
You receive one free seller payout per calendar month, regardless of the amount requested.
After your free payout has been used, a R5 excluding VAT transfer fee applies to payout requests below R3,000. Payouts of R3,000 or more do not incur this transfer fee.
The minimum payout amount is R5.75. If a transfer fee applies, you must have more than R5.75 available in your Bob Shop account for the payout to be processed.
Buyers can also request a payout when they receive a refund from a seller.
When requesting a payout following a refund, you can choose to:
Receive the refund in your bank account; or
Convert the refund into a Bob Shop Voucher.
Buyer payout requests are separate from seller payout requests. If you use Bob Shop as both a buyer and a seller, you will need to submit separate payout requests for each account type.
Log in to My Account.
Select the Buying tab.
Under Buyer Account, select Request a Payout.
Choose whether you want the refund paid into your bank account or converted into a Bob Shop Voucher.
Complete the required information and submit your request.
Buyer payout requests are processed every business day. Requests received before 09:00 on a business day are generally processed the same day, while requests received after 09:00 are processed on the next business day. Payouts are not processed over weekends or public holidays.
Your Bob Shop account balance can be used towards applicable fees on your account. If you have a credit balance, you can leave it in your account to cover future fees or request a payout to your South African bank account.
Always make sure your banking details are correct and up to date to avoid delays with payouts.
